John was a blacksmth living with his wife and sons.6 He was listed as head of household in the 1911 census in 8 York Cottage, Petersham Road, Ham, Surrey, England. John was living with his wife a two living children.7 Frederick, Rosina and their family left Avonmouth near Bristol on 4 May 1914 on board Patuca bound for Limon in Costa Rica. He was the son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Jarrett.1 He was the son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Robbins in the 1881 census in 12 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England.2 He married Rosa Ellen Redman on 2 April 1899 in St John the Evangelist, Walworth, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by J L Robbins and H Putnam. William was a Grocer and his father Henry was a blacksmith. Rosa was a domestic servant and her father John Edward Redman was a harness maker. Both Rosa and William lived in 66 Ash Street.3 He was listed as head of household in the 1911 census in 13 Greyhound Terrace, Streatham, London, England. William was a house painter living with his wife and children.4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register William was listed as living at 180 Sherwood Road, Mitcham, Surrey, England, with his wife Rosa. William was a painter decorator.5 His wife Rosa died in 1955 in Surrey, England.6 He died in 1955 in Surrey, England.7

     Frederick Charles Robbins was born on 11 January 1875 in Nonington, Kent, England. He was the son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Jarrett.1 He was the son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Robbins in the 1881 census in 12 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England.2 He married Rosina Putnam, daughter of Joseph Richard Putnam, on 14 April 1900 in St Paul, Deptford, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Rupert Joseph Putnam, June Capiland and A Hamshar. Frederick was a Smith like his father Henry who was deceased. Rosina's father Richard Joseph Putnam was an engine driver. Both Rosina and Frederick lived in 42 Douglas Street.3 He was listed as head of household in the 1901 census in Paulton, Somerset, England. Frederick was a coal miner carter living with his wife and young daughter.4 Frederick, Rosina and their family left Avonmouth near Bristol on 4 May 1914 on board Patuca bound for Limon in Costa Rica. Frederick was listed as an engineer as was his brother John Lewis Robbins who traveled with them.5 Frederick, Rosina, Cyril and Audrey returned on 27 February 1916 to Avonmouth in Bristol on board Coronado from Port Limon in Costa Rica.6 Frederick sailed on 9 August 1921 from Avonmouth on board Changuinola bound for Santa Marta in Columbia. He was a mining engineer and gave his home address as 22 Jersey Road in Ilford in Essex.5 Frederick returned to Liverpool on 17 May 1925 on board Manzanares from Santa Marta in Columbia. He travelled first class, gave his occupation as ana engineer and his address was 28 Jersey Road in Ilford.6 Frederick left Liverpool on 5 August 1927 on board Henzada bound for Rangoon in Burma.5 Frederick returned on 29 November 1927 to London from Rangoonon on board Kemmendine.6 Frederick left Liverpool on 14 March 1928 on board Apapa bound for Sekhira in Tunisia. He was an engineer and gave his address as 28 Jersey Road in Ilford.5 His wife Rosina died in 1929 in Paddington, London, England.7 Frederick sailed from Liverpool on 31 October 1934 on board Appam bound for Takoradi in Ghana. He was listed as an engineer and gave his address as 1 Sidney Road , London SW9.5 Frederick arrived back in Liverpool on 28 July 1935 on board Accra from Port Harcourt. He was listed as an engineer.6 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Frederick was listed as living at 22 Stockwell Lane, Lambeth, London, England, Frederick was an engineer living with Harry and Alice Price.8 He died in 1961 in Lambeth, London, England.9

     Rosa Ellen Redman was born on 21 April 1877 in Thakeham, Sussex, England.1 She married William Thomas Robbins, son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Jarrett, on 2 April 1899 in St John the Evangelist, Walworth, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by J L Robbins and H Putnam. William was a Grocer and his father Henry was a blacksmith. Rosa was a domestic servant and her father John Edward Redman was a harness maker. Both Rosa and William lived in 66 Ash Street.2 She was the wife of William Thomas Robbins in the 1911 census in 13 Greyhound Terrace, Streatham, London, England. William was a house painter living with his wife and children.3 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Rosa was listed as living at 180 Sherwood Road, Mitcham, Surrey, England, with her husband William. William was a painter decorator.4 She died in 1955 in Surrey, England.5

Rosina Putnam

     Rosina Putnam was born in 1880 in Greenwich, London, England.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Richard Putnam. She was the daughter of Joseph Richard Putnam and Mary Ann Putnam in the 1891 census 42 Douglas Street, Greenwich, London, England.2 She married Frederick Charles Robbins, son of Henry Robbins and Cecelia Jarrett, on 14 April 1900 in St Paul, Deptford, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Rupert Joseph Putnam, June Capiland and A Hamshar. Frederick was a Smith like his father Henry who was deceased. Rosina's father Richard Joseph Putnam was an engine driver. Both Rosina and Frederick lived in 42 Douglas Street.3 She was the wife of Frederick Charles Robbins in the 1901 census in Paulton, Somerset, England. Frederick was a coal miner carter living with his wife and young daughter.4 She was listed as head of household in the 1911 census in 292 Upland Road, Dulwich, London, England. Rosina was living with two of her children.5 Frederick, Rosina and their family left Avonmouth near Bristol on 4 May 1914 on board Patuca bound for Limon in Costa Rica. Frederick was listed as an engineer as was his brother John Lewis Robbins who traveled with them.6 Frederick, Rosina, Cyril and Audrey returned on 27 February 1916 to Avonmouth in Bristol on board Coronado from Port Limon in Costa Rica.7 She died in 1929 in Paddington, London, England.8

He married Esther Jane Soanes, daughter of Thomas Soanes and Lydia Rumsby, in 1882 in Stow, Suffolk, England.2 He was listed as head of household in the 1891 census in 9 Lawnsmead, Wonersh, Surrey, England. William was a gamekeeper living with his wife and children.3 He died in 1899 in Wonersh, Surrey, England.4 He was buried on 12 April 1899 in Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot 209.5,6
