     Charles Arthur Risbridger was born on 5 September 1899 in Reigate, Surrey, England.1 He was the son of John Risbridger and Fanny Rowell. He was the son of John Risbridger and Fanny Risbridger in the 1911 census in 30 Lesbourne Road, Reigate, Surrey, England.2 He married Olive Josephine Wilkins on 26 December 1925 in St Mary, Reigate, Surrey, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Reginald William Risbridger and Amy Maria Wilkins. Charles was a civil engineer living at 30 Lisbourne Road in Reigate. His father John Risbridger was a dairyman. Olive was a shorthand typist living at 29 Eastnor Road, South Park in Reigate. her father Joseph Wilkins was deceased and was listed as a gardener.3 He witnessed the death of Olive who died in 1970 in Bromsgrove, Warwickshire, England.4 He died on 24 May 1981 in 60 Hartle Lane, Stourbridge, Warwickshire, England, at age 81.5,6 His estate was probated on 5 October 1981 in Birmingham.      Reginald William Risbridger was born on 7 August 1902 in Reigate, Surrey, England. He was the son of John Risbridger and Fanny Rowell. He was the son of John Risbridger and Fanny Risbridger in the 1911 census in 30 Lesbourne Road, Reigate, Surrey, England.1 He witnessed the marriage of Olive Josephine Wilkins and Charles Arthur Risbridger on 26 December 1925 in St Mary, Reigate, Surrey, England.2 He married Elsie Elizabeth Wicks on 11 September 1929 in St John, Redhill, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by John Risbridger and Cecil Arthur Wicks. Reginald was a dairyman like his father John Risbridger. Elsie was a shop assistant living at Fernside, Woodlands Road, Redhill. Her father William Herbert Wicks was a coach painter.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Reginald was listed as living at 10 Blackborough Road, Reigate, Surrey, England, with his wife Elsie.
