     Robert Joseph Lescher was born in 1889 in Kensington, London, England.1 He was the son of Herman Joseph Lescher and Mary Agnes Wilson. He was the son of Herman Joseph Lescher and Mary Agnes Wilson in the 1891 census in 61 Egerford Gardens, Kensington, London, England. Herman was a chartered accountant living with his wife, son, niece Madeleine S Wheeler and three servants.2 He married Winifred Ellen Browne on 1 June 1929 in Ootacamund, Madras, India.3 He died on 3 January 1945 in Brookside, Ootacamund, Madras, India, He was known as Robin and had received the OBE. He was a Rubber Planter.4,5 His estate was probated on 10 November 1945 in Llandudno to Robert Bellord a solicitor. His effects were valued at £3,104 14s 5d in England.5

     John David Francis Burton Sheppard was born on 20 June 1919 in Hendon, London, England.1 He was the son of John Harding Donald Sheppard and Daisy Muriel Burlton. He married Maria Victoria Hawkins in 1943 in Marylebone, London, England.2 In 1948 John was living at St Martin's Corner in Blackheath with his brother Donald Robin William Harding Sheppard

In 1946 he was there alone.3 His wife Maria died on 13 November 1987.4 He died on 1 March 2003 in Old Rectory Nursing Home, Ewhurst, Surrey, England, at age 83.5,6 The funeral of John David Francis Burton Sheppard took place on 18 March 2003 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, and then buried at Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery.6

     Alice Rogers was born on 18 July 1889 in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England.1 She married Charles Harry Bowbrick, son of Henry Bowbrick and Annie Foster, in 1916 in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Alice was listed as living at Thanescroft Cottage, Shamley Green, Surrey, England, with her husband Charles. Charles was a head gardener.3 Charles and Alice arrived in Liverpool on board SS Empress of France from Montreal on 3 December 1953. Charles was a gardener and they gave their address as Cranleigh in Surrey.4 Her husband Charles died on 27 December 1958 in Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England.5,6 She received the probate of the estate of Charles Harry Bowbrick on 17 June 1959 Administration papers were issued in London to his widow Alice Bowbrick. His effects were valued at £391 8s 9d.6 She died in 1975 in Longfield, Nuthurst, Cranleigh, Surrey, England.7 Her ashes were buried on 5 August 1975 in Christ Church, Shamley Green, Surrey, England, in plot J29.7
