He was baptised on 4 December 1870 in St Andrew, Farnham, Surrey, England, his father was a servant and the family lived in East Street.2 He was a grandson of Jane Cobbett in the 1871 census in 2 Walters Cottages, Isleworth, Middlesex, England.3 He was the grandson of Eliza Cobbett in the 1891 census in 8 Stoke Grove, Guildford, Surrey, England. Thomas was a house painter.4 He married Annie Louisa Risbridger, daughter of Alfred Risbridger and Harriett Kearns, on 13 June 1891 in St John the Evangelist, Stoke, Guildford, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremoy was witnessed by Alfred Taylor and Alice Taylor. Thomas was a house decorator his father Thomas Cobbett was deceased. Annie's father Alfred Risbridger was a labourer.5 He was listed as head of household in the 1901 census in 12 Springfield Road, Guildford, Surrey, England. Their father was a painter and the family lived 33 North Place.1 He was the son of Thomas Henry Cobbett and Annie Louisa Risbridger in the 1911 census in 38 Eagle Road, Guildford, Surrey, England.3 He died in December 1921 in Guildford, Surrey, England, at age 23.4
