     Percy Friend Brockman was born in 1895 in Rotherhithe, London, England.1 He was the son of Friend William Brockman and Charlotte Annie Lock. He was the son of Friend William Brockman and Charlotte Annie Lock in the 1901 census in 54 Chilton Street, Rotherhithe, London, England.2 He married Ethel Violet Hunt on 25 May 1914 in St Andrews, Peckham, London, England.3 His wife Ethel died in 1915 in St Olave, London, England.4 Percy enlisted into the York and Lancaster Regiment and was transferred to the Royal Fusaliers on 18 April 1917. He was demobbed on 14 March 1919.3 He married Mary Anne Munday on 26 March 1921 in St Mary Magdalen, Bermondsey, London, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Albert Edward Ridgeway and Annie Mary Munday. Percy was a labourer like his father friend Willam Brockman, who was deceased. Percy gave his address as 18 Rotherhithe New Road. Mary was a stationers assistant. Her father John Walter Munday was a carman. She gave her addess as 45 Flendall Street.5,6 He died in 1967 in Southwark, London, England.7

     Ernest Jesse Brockman was born in 1897 in Rotherhithe, London, England.1 He was the son of Friend William Brockman and Charlotte Annie Lock. He was the son of Friend William Brockman and Charlotte Annie Lock in the 1901 census in 54 Chilton Street, Rotherhithe, London, England.2 He died on 20 October 1917 Ernest was killed in action. He was Gunner in the Royal Garrison Artillary no 62986.3 He was buried in Ravenna War Cemetery, Provincia di Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, in plot 1 H 26.4

     Charles Albert Stanley Hampshire was born in 1942 in Pershore, Worcestershire, England.1 He was the son of Leslie Victor Hampshire and Grace Doreen Preece. He married Ann Bristow in 1978 in Petersfield, Hampshire, England.2 Charles and Ann moved into Merham in Barnett Lane in Wonersh in 1978 soon after their marriage and stayed there until at least 2014.3 He died on 14 July 2014 in Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England, his usual address was Merham, Barnett Lane in Wonersh.4,5 His body was cremated on 17 October 2014 in Guildford Crematorium, Godalming, Surrey, England, and then buried in plot Z80 in Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery in Wonersh.6,5
