     James Smallpeice was born circa 1763.1 He was the son of James Smallpeice. He married Sarah ... James signed his will on 15 February 1823.1 He died in 1833.1 He was buried on 12 February 1833 in St John the Evangelist, Stoke next Guildford, Surrey, England, he was listed as being 70 years of age.1 His estate was probated on 30 April 1833 at London 30 April 1833 before the Judge by the Oath of James Smallpeice the son the sole Exor to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer.1

John was described as from Kingston upon Thames and Jane from Thames Ditton. The ceremony was witnessed by Joseph Warburton and Thomas Merser.1 John was descibed in his father's will as being a butcher living at Kingston upon Thames.1
