     Mark Andrew Herbert was born on 10 August 1978 in Surrey, England.1,2 He was the son of Peter Norman Herbert and Christine Mary Woodcock. He was baptised on 28 October 1979 in St John the Baptist, Wonersh, Surrey, England, his father was a Senior Computer project technician.2 He died in December 2001 at age 23 he lived at 57 New Road Wonersh.3 His ashes were buried in Wonersh and Blackheath Cemetery, Wonersh, Surrey, England, in plot Z40.3
