Bertram Okeden Bircham was born on 18 October 1877 in Llanthetty, Breconshire, Wales.1,2,3 He was the son of Francis Thomas Bircham and Edith Parry Okeden.1 In the census of 3 April 1881 in St John's Mount, Brecknock, Brecknockshire, Wales, he was listed as the son of Francis Thomas Bircham.4 Bertram was educated at Eton from September 1891 to July 1896 and then onto New College, Oxford.3,5 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Gwentland, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales, he was listed as the son of Francis Thomas Bircham he was a student.6 He was a Barrister, called to the Bar in 1901, Inner Temple. Captain in the Hampshire Regiment in the First World War - awarded Military Cross. Solicitor to the Ministry of Labour 1926 to 1942 and was knighted in 1932.3 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 98 Cambridge Street, Pimlico, London, England, he was listed as the boarder of Albert and Elizabeth New and their son Raymond in their 12 roomed home. Albert was a civil servant and Bertram a Barrister. There were two other boarders.7 He married Grace L W Sanders in 1921 in St Martin in the Fields, London, England.8 His wife Grace died on 1931 in Guildford, Surrey, England.9 He married Marjorie B Webb in 1935 in Surrey, England.10 Sir Bertram lived with his wife in the 1940's in the village of Brockham, near Dorking in a house called Tumbledown Farm.11
His wife Marjorie died on 1956 in Surrey, England.12 Bertram died in 1961 in Surrey, England.13

Cecily Edith L Bircham was born on 30 April 1883 in Brecon, Breconshire, Wales.1,2,3 She was the daughter of Francis Thomas Bircham and Edith Parry Okeden.1 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Gwentland, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales, she was listed as the daughter of Francis Thomas Bircham she was a scholar.4 In the census of 2 April 1911 in Gwentland, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales, she was listed as the daughter of Francis Thomas Bircham.5 She married Henry Lynch Blosse in 1914 in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, Wales.6 Her husband Henry died on 1969 in Swansea, Glamorganshire, Wales.7 Cecily died in 1970 in Torbay, Devon, England.8

Thomas Henry Ricketts Winwood was born in 1852 in Aberaynon, Cardiganshire, Wales.1,2 He married Mabel Louisa Parry Okeden, daughter of William Parry Okeden and Julia Henrietta Greathed, in 1878 in Turnworth, Blandford, Dorset, England.3 Thomas was a Sheriff of Cardigan.4 In the census of 3 April 1881 in 11 Cavendish Crescent, Walcot, Bath, Somerset, England, he was listed as the cousin of the head of the household Henry Winwood and his wife Annie. Henry was a clergyman, he and his wife had five children living with them. Thomas was listed as a Lieutennt Cardigan Militia.5 Thomas was listed as the head of the family on the census of 5 April 1891 in 17 Brunswick Terrace, Melcombe Regis, Dorset, England, Thomas was a Justice of the Peace living own his own means, with his wife and children and two nurses.6 Thomas was listed as head of household in the census of 31 March 1901 in Borthwick House, Spa Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, England, Thomas was listed as a local JP living with his wife and daughters.7 Thomas was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in High Littleton House, High Littleton, Bristol, Somerset, England, Thomas was living with his wife under private means in their sixteen roomed home.
