     Evelyn Gertrude Greathead Montgomery was born on 12 October 1901 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.1,2 She was the daughter of William Alexander Greathead and Florence Kate Elton.1 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 161 Gwendolin Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, England, she was listed as the daughter of William Alexander Greathead.3 She married Howard Kenneth Sankey on 24 September 1927 in Leicester, Leicestershire, England.4,5,2 Evelyn and her 10 month old son Keith sailed from Liverpool on 2 November 1929 on board SS Bendigo bound for Australia. She gave her address as 183 Gwendolin Road, Leicester.6 Her husband Howard died on 1981 in Torbay Hospital, Torbay, Devon, England, his ashes were scattered at sea off Torbay.7,2 Evelyn died on 30 September 1992 in Wells Cottage Hospital, Mendip, Somerset, England, aged 90.8,2

     William Edward Summers was born in 1911 in Wales.1 He married Barbara Christina Montgomery, daughter of William Alexander Greathead and Florence Kate Elton, in 1948 in Westminster, London, England.1,2 Uncle Bill was know as a storybook Uncle to his wife's first daughter, he always good fun and ready to fool about and buy extravagant presents, but he disappeared from her life after she was ten years old.1 It is understood that in 1956/6 Bill was sent to prison.1
