The ceremony was witnessed by R H Greathead and E K Greathead who were Jean's parents. Edward was a metal worker and gave his address as 51 Hartham Road, Caledonian Road N7. His father was also a metal worker and called Edward. Jean gave her address as 164A Green Street, Forest Gate, her father Robert Henry was a Furnishing Representative.³ Her husband Edward died on June 1990 in Swindon, Wiltshire, England, aged 68.⁴ Jean died in December 2001 in Swindon, Wiltshire, England.⁵

     Millicent M Greathead was born on 7 May 1866 in Rockford, Norfolk County, USA.^1,2 She was the daughter of Joseph Greathead and Elizabeth Baker. In the census of 2 April 1871 in Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario, Canada, she was listed as the daughter of Joseph Greathead.^3,4 She married Frederick Longe, son of Joseph Jean Longe and Christina Plant, on 17 August 1886 in Bruce County, Ontario, Canada, The Roman Catholic ceremony was witnessed by Peter Hoster from Southampton and Nellie George from Port Elgin after a license was issued. Frederick was described as a sailor.^5,2 Millicent died on 26 October 1890 in Canada aged 24 from typhoid aged 24. Her gravestone reads:
