     Patience Ashbury Fuller was the daughter of Charles Fuller.2 She married John Bright. Patience emigrated in October 1857 arriving in Victoria, Australia on the ship "Hotspur" with daughters Sarah and Margaret.1

In the census of 1 June 1840 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA, he was listed as the son of Thomas Williams Greathead The 1840 US Federal census only lists the names of the head of the household. The remainder are listed as numbers within age groups. So the relationship has been assumed. In the census of 10 June 1880 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA, she was listed as the daughter of George W Greathead Elsie was going to school.2 In the census of 1 June 1900 in McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA, she was listed as the daughter of George W Greathead Elsie was a school teacher.3 In the census of 5 January 1920 in First Street, McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA, she was listed as the daughter of Clara Matilda Greathead She was a public school teacher.4 Elsie was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 2 April 1930 in 20 Main First Street, McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA.5 In 1936 school teacher Elsie published privately "The History of Fulton County, Pennsylvania" during the sesqui-centennial of McConnellsburg, a work that was inspired by her mother, as Miss Greathead says in her dedication of the volume, “whose interest in McConnellsburg caused her to collect and preserve much of the material herein.” In her later years, Miss Greathead retired from school teaching to work as an instructor at state-run teachers’ colleges. Failing health caused her to retire from teaching permanently in 1943 and to move out of her downtown house into the Fulton House, under the care of Mrs. Vera James. She was the last in her family line of school teachers.6 Elsie was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 1 April 1940 in N First, McConnellsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA.7 Elsie died on 17 January 1944 in Fulton House, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania, USA, aged 75 in a fire where the historic hostelry was destroyed. The was trapped in the hotel and suffered thrird degree burns and cremation of the extrematies and skull. Elsie was the only casualty, everyone else escaped.6,8,9 Elsie was buried on 19 January 1944 in Fulton Cemetery - Union, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA.6,9

     Janet Joy Longden was born on 21 May 1926 in San Jose, California, USA.2,3,4 She attended grammar school through high school in San Jose and graduated from San Jose State University in 1948. While at San Jose State, Janet was an active member of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority.3 She married Arthur Stanley Greathead, son of Arthur William Greathead and Mary Margaret Ish, on 3 February 1949 in Westminster Presbyterian Church, 7702 Westminster Boulevard, Santa Clara, California, USA.3,5 Arthur's greatest love was Janet Joy Longden, born in the hospital room next to him; they grew up together attending church and social events. Then one day home from University he "noticed" her and they were married 3 months later! They were married 60 years until Janet's death in 2009. Together they raised two children in San Benancio where there were always gardens growing, pets roaming and neighborhood children playing. He cherished being a husband and father. His deep compassion and values came from his faith and these guided him well in business and relationships. Together they filled their Passports with trips all over the world on business or pleasure. They were active in their church(s) especially the youth groups, many staying in touch by e-mails from all over the world.6 She died on 23 February 2009 at home in Salinas, California, USA, her death appeared in the San Jose newspaper, the Monterey Herald and The Calif on 25 February 2009. She was described as being 82 years of age.2,3,4 She was buried on 27 February 2009 after a memorial service at Presbyterian Church, 315 E. Alvin in Monterey County Cemetery, Monterey, California, USA.3,7

     John Kelso was born about 1807 in Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.2 He was the son of Adam Kelso and Margaret Reid.2 He married Catherine Bowes on 21 January 1826 in Abbey, Paisley, Renfrewshire, Scotland.2 John and Catherine arrived in New South Wales on the "Trinidad" on 6 November 1841 along with their family including their son John.2 His wife Catherine died on 1886 in Redfern, New South Wales, Australia.2 John died about 1892 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.2

     Sarah Ann Baldock was born on 12 August 1836 in Challock, Kent, England.1 She was the daughter of John Meppan Baldock and Eliza Richards.1 John and Eliza together with their daughter Sarah arrived in New Souh Wales, Australia abourd "Una" in 1849.1 She married John Kelso, son of John Kelso and Catherine Bowes, on 21 January 1860 in Largs, New South Wales, Australia.1 Sarah died on 30 June 1921 in East Hills, New South Wales, Australia, aged 84.1 Sarah was buried in St Saviour's, Punchbowl, New South Wales, Australia, Sarah is buried with her husband John.1

In the census of 1 June 1900 in Todd, Fulton County, Pennsylvania, USA, he was listed as the servant of Elizabeth Trout and working as a farm labourer.4 In the census of 20 April 1910 in Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, he was listed as a hired man working as a general farm labourer.5 On 12 September 1918 Charles was described as having grey eyes and black hair. He was a farm labourer working for George Fox. He is also listed as a white US citizen.6 He married Martha B Hoffman, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Hoffman and Hattie Myers, on 20 July 1923 in Franklin, Pennsylvania, USA.7,2,8 Charles was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 2 April 1930 in 67 Williamson Road, Peters, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, Charles was a general farmer.9 Charles was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 1 April 1940 in Greencastle, Antrim, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, Charles was living with his wife and two children and worked as a lablourer.10 On 27 April 1942 Charles stated on his US WW2 registration that he was five foot four inches tall and weighed 175 pounds. He wore glasses and was listed as a negro with brown eyes, grey hair and dark brown complexion, which is in some ways different to the information on his WW1 card. His address in 1942 was RD2, Greencastle, Antrim, Franklin, Pensylvannia and his employment was with Gem Garment Company, Greenmantle, Pensylvannia.3,11 His wife Martha died on 26 July 1948 in Greencastle, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, aged 56 from acute cardiac failure.7,12,13,14 Charles died on 21 February 1961 in Guildford Hospital, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, aged 77 from coronary occlusion.1,15,13 Charles was buried on 24 February 1961 in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, USA, Martha and Charles were buried together under one gravestone.16,12,14
