     John Smithson Wright was born in 1800.1 He was the son of Benjamin Wright and Julia Bolton. He was a bookseller in London, England. He died wealthy.1

     Ann Shaw was born about 1825.1 She was the daughter of William Robinson Shaw and Ann Watson.1 Ann Watson Shaw arrived in Natal on 7 September 1850 with 2 sons (Joseph Watson and Walter Thomas) and her daughter Ann. Frederick Edgar and William Robinson followed later.2,3,1

     Benjamin Wright was born in 1801.1 He was the son of Benjamin Wright and Julia Bolton. He was baptised in 1802.1 He married Ellen Bradfield in 1823 in Grahamstown, Cape Town, South Africa.1,2 Benjamin died on 12 August 1835 William Wright and John Bradfield were executors to will proved on 12 August 1835.1

     John Wright was born on 23 February 1730/31 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1 He was the son of John Wright and Margaret Taylor. He married Abigail Smithson, daughter of Joseph Smithson and Abigail Thompson, on 31 January 1755 in Ballinatore, County Wexford, Ireland.1 John died on 31 July 1810 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland, aged 79.1 John was buried on 3 August 1810 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1

     John Wright was born on 5 April 1756.1 He was the son of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. John was the Postmaster in Ferns from 1790 until his death.1 He married Sarah Stephens in 1798.1 John died on 21 February 1828 in Ferns, County Wexford, Ireland, aged 71.1 John was buried on 23 February 1828 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1

     Joseph Wright was born on 28 December 1757.1 He was the son of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. He married Mary Jenkinson, daughter of James Jenkinson and Mary Astick, on 11 February 1783 1st wife.1 He married Hannah Green, daughter of Benjamin Green and Sarah ..., on 11 January 1798 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland, 2nd wife.1 He and Hannah Wright emigrated to USA after 2nd marriage and founded Wrightville, Belmont, Ohio. Joseph died in 1844.1

     Mary Jenkinson was the daughter of James Jenkinson and Mary Astick. She married Joseph Wright, son of John Wright and Abigail Smithson, on 11 February 1783 1st wife.1 Mary died on 30 August 1790.1

     Thomas Wright was born on 15 February 1760.1 He was the son of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. Thomas died on 16 September 1764 aged 4.1

     Abigail Wright was born on 28 August 1761.1 She was the daughter of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. She married William Knott on 14 November 1782 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1 Abigail died on 26 June 1846 aged 84.1

Neheniah Wright1

     Neheniah Wright was born on 15 November 1763.1 He was the son of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. He married Susanna Gatchell, daughter of Isaac Gatchell, on 3 August 1792 Susanna was Neheniah's first wife.1 He married Susanna West, daughter of William West and Sarah Dale, on 16 October 1803 in Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland, This was the second marriage for both Neheniah and Susanna who was a widow at time of the marriage.1 He was a linen draper.1 He died on 9 November 1855 in 7 Christchurch Place, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland, aged 91 (formerly 3 Skinner Row) where he had lived for 62 years.1

     Margaret Wright was born on 22 November 1767.1 She was the daughter of John Wright and Abigail Smithson. She married William Watson on 9 November 1793 in County Wexford, Ireland.1 Margaret died on 1 April 1821 aged 53.1

     Abigail Smithson was born on 30 November 1733 in Ballinatore, County Wexford, Ireland.1 She was the daughter of Joseph Smithson and Abigail Thompson. She married John Wright, son of John Wright and Margaret Taylor, on 31 January 1755 in Ballinatore, County Wexford, Ireland.1 Abigail died on 31 May 1811 aged 77.1 Abigail was buried on 2 June 1811 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1

     John Wright was born on 3 August 1698 in Ballinacur, County Wexford, Ireland.1 He was the son of Thomas Wright and Mary Jones. He married Margaret Hill on 28 June 1721 in Ballinacur, County Wexford, Ireland, 2nd husband.1 John built a meeting house in Ballinclay at his own cost, also enclosed a graveyard, still in existence (according to Quaker pedigree.)1 John died on 10 February 1785 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland, aged 86.1 John was buried on 12 February 1785 in Ballinclay, County Wexford, Ireland.1
