     Quentin David Ferrey was born on 2 January 1936 in Germiston, Transvaal, South Africa.1 He was the son of Adrian Gerald Ferrey and Lorna Elaine Dallas. He married Gertruida Johanna Botha in 1966 in George Cathedral, South Africa.1 He married Patricia Gregory on 9 January 1980.1 Quentin died on 10 April 1995 in Johannesburg, Transvaal, South Africa, aged 59.1 Quentin was buried in April 1995 in Krugersdrop, South Africa.1
