     Margaret Hermiston was born in 1893 in Normanby, Yorkshire, England.1 She was the daughter of James Hermiston and Sarah Maria Benneworth. In the census of 31 March 1901 in 5 Crossbeck Terrace, Eston, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the daughter of James Hermiston.2 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 22 Parrington Street, Normanby, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the daughter of James Hermiston.3

     Rena Hermiston was born on 17 September 1913. She was the daughter of Andrew Hermiston and May E Bell. On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Rena Hermiston was listed as living at 9 Stanhope Grove, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, with her parents Rena was a shorthand typist and a memberof the British Red Cross Society.1

     Maurice Hermiston was born on 29 December 1915. He was the son of Andrew Hermiston and May E Bell. On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Maurice Hermiston was listed as living at 9 Stanhope Grove, Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England, with his parents Maurice was a mechanical engineer draughtsman and a part time member of the auxillary fire service.1

     Douglas Graham Ferris was born on 19 January 1948. He married Georgina Margaret Turmaine, daughter of Cecil Raymond Turmaine and Lilian Margaret North, in 2018. Douglas died on 24 November 2018 in Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford, Surrey, England, aged 70 He was described as husband to Gina, brother to Derek and Margaret, loving dad to Paul, Andrea and David, step dad to Stephen and the late Lea Willson, much loved grandad to Harry, Tom, William, James, Rhys and Austin.1

He married Elizabeth Taylor on 5 June 1797 in Hutton Rudby, Yorkshire, England.1 Benjamin, Dorothy, Elizabeth, Ralph and the grandchildren Elizabeth and William left Liverpool arriving in New York on 24 August 1832 sailing on the ship Robert Morris.1,2
