Porritt, in 1857 in Whitby, Yorkshire, England.2 In the census of 2 April 1871 she was listed as the wife of Jacob Porritt.3 In the census of 3 April 1881 she was listed as the wife of Jacob Porritt Eleanor was on board the ship Ythaml with her husband the Master and son Charles listed as Mate.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Sandreud Hotel, Lythe, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the wife of Jacob Porritt.5 In the census of 2 April 1911 in Tuflrside House, Sandsend, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the wife of Jacob Porritt.6 Her husband Jacob died on 1915 in Whitby, Yorkshire, England.7 Eleanor died on 23 September 1918 in Landsend, Whitby, Yorkshire, England.8,9 Her estate was probated on 11 November 1918 in York to Thomas Warters a gentleman.
