     Ann Loughborough was born on 23 October 1808 in Durham, England.1,2 She was the daughter of John Loughborough and Isabella Lindsay.1 She was baptised on 25 December 1808 in St Margarets, Durham, England, her parents were John and Isabella Loughborough.1,2 She married William Bowen on 14 June 1838 in Holy Trinity, Southwark, London, England, after a licence was issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Thomas Loughborough and Ralph Loughborough. William was listed as a Gentleman living in the Parish of St Mary in Haverford West. His father John Bowen was a merchant. Ann gave 23 Trinity Square as her address and her father John Loughborough was a watch maker.3,4 In the census of 7 June 1841 in 57 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, England, she was listed as the sister of Thomas Loughborough.5

     Frances Cornelia Lawrence was born on 10 February 1808.2,1 She was the daughter of Thomas Lawrence and Oriana Thomas. She was baptised on 24 April 1818 in St Luke, Chelsea, London, England, with her sister Jane Ann Anderson Lawrence . They were the daughters of Thomas and Oriana Lawrence living in Hans Place. Thomas was a planter in Demerara.3 She witnessed the marriage of Joseph Billingsley Bullock and Elizabeth Lawrence on 30 March 1833 in Old Church, St Pancras, London, England.4,5 She married Thomas Loughborough, son of John Loughborough and Isabella Lindsay, on 13 February 1840 in St Luke, West Norwood, Lambeth, London, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by J B Bullock, Anne Campbell, Elizabeth Davis, Ellen Spencer, Charlotte Spencer, Anne Gloyne and C G Gloyne. Thomas a widower was a solicitor from St Mary in Newington. His father John Loughborough was a watch maker. Frances lived in Norwood , her father was Thomas Lawrence with no occupation given.1,5 In the census of 7 June 1841 in 57 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent, England, she was listed as the wife of Thomas Loughborough.6 In the census of 30 March 1851 at Selwood Lodge, Tulse Hill Terrace, Lambeth, London, England, she was listed as the wife of Thomas Loughborough.7 Frances died in 1858 in Selwood Lodge, Tulse Hill, London, England.2,8 Frances was buried on 19 June 1858 in Norwood Cemetery, Norwood Road, Lambeth, London, England.2

The ceremony was witnessed by A Wagner Williams and Alicia Martins Wynn Williams. Arthur was a Barrister at Law living at 28 Shouldham Street, His father Thomas Loughborough was a solicitor.
