In the census of 31 March 1901 in Front Street, Seaton Carew, Durham, England, she was listed as the daughter of Mary Jane Lamb.3 In the census of 2 April 1911 in Cockson's Green Farm, East Howle, Ferryhill, Durham, England, she was listed as the daughter of Mary Jane Lamb.4 She married Joseph Herbert Raine in 1911 in Sedgefield, Durham, England.5 In the census of 1916 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, she was listed as the wife of Joseph Herbert Raine.6 Dora sailed with her two daughters from Southampton arriving in New York on 10 November 1918 on board the ship Olympic.7 Her husband Joseph died on 1948 in Canada.8 Dora died on 25 August 1960 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, aged 68.8 Dora was buried in Royal Oak Burial Park Cemetery, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.8

     Thomas Huitson was born on 11 January 1906 in 24 Risedale Road, Barrow in Furness, Lancashire, England.1 He was the son of John Francis Huitson and Sarah Dickinson.1 He married Evelyn Maud Jackson, daughter of James Jackson and Frances Lehrle, on 24 September 1927 in St John, Barrow in Furness, Lancashire, England, after the banns had been read. H Tucker, Lily Lowe, J Stockdale and C Jackson witnessed the ceremony. Thomas was described as a labourer living at 36 Arthur Street, Barrow and Evelyn was a bottler living at 60 Steamer Street in Barrow.2 Thomas died on 1 November 1988 in 32 Cartmel Crescent, Barrow in Furness, Lancashire, England, aged 82 Thomas had been a rail platelayer.3,4

They, Richie and Ginny, lived with Richard's parents, Arthur and Mary, for a few years on Beaumont Avenue in Pinehurst, MA. They bought a house on Elm Street, North Billerica, MA. They lived and raised their family there for the rest of their lives. Mary and Bobby were born while they lived with Arthur and Mary. Rick and Larry were born in No. Billerica.      Norman Lamb was born in 1909 in Hartlepool, Durham, England.5 He was the son of William Spurr Lamb and Elizabeth Usher. In the census of 2 April 1911 in Stranton Grange Farm, Stockton Road, Stranton, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Spurr Lamb.6 William and his sons William and Norman worked the farm until Norman emigrated in 1929 to Canada.4 Norman emigrated to Canada arriving at Saint John, New Brunswick on 30 March 1929 aboard the C.P.O.S Duchess of York.2,7 Norman worked on a farm in Saskatchewan until 1940 when he moved to Cereal, Alberta where he bought a farm and where he remained until his death.4 Norman died on 24 May 1980 in Calgary General Hospital, Calgary, Alberta, Canada.4

In the census of 2 April 1911 in Stranton Grange Farm, Stockton Road, Stranton, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, he was listed as the son of William Spurr Lamb.7 William and his sons William and Norman worked the farm until Norman emigrated in 1929 to Canada.6 When William left the farm he went to Birmingham where he worked as a sales represenative for the Hoover Company before moving to Fort Dunlop where he worked as a rubber worker for over 21 years until his wife died when he ,moved back to Hartlepool.6 He married Lillian May Briggs, daughter of John Richard Briggs and Lilian Brown, on 9 November 1938 in Congregational Church, Westminster Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.6,8 His wife Lillian died on 29 April 1968 in Hartlepool, Durham, England, aged 59.6,9 William died in 1975 in Cleveland, Yorkshire, England, from prostate cancer.10,6

     John Moore was born about 1882.2 He married Elizabeth Blanche Curchin, daughter of John Curchin and Elizabeth Lamb, in 1907 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England.3 John was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in 4 Windsor Terrace, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, Durham, England, John was a ship surveyor living with his family and sister in law in their six roomed home.4 The will of Elizabeth Lamb was proved by John Moore her son in law on 17 May 1934 together with Henry Curchin, both were naval architects.5 John died in 1939 in Northumberland, England.6

     William Lamb was born in 1707/8 in Durham, England.1,2 He married Elizabeth Thompson on 3 May 1723 in Hartlepool, Durham, England.3 William died on 25 May 1784 in Durham, England.1 William was buried in All Saints, Stranton, West Hartlepool, Durham, England, in plot 96. His wife Elizabeth and their son William and his wife were buried with him later.4
