He married Marjorie Gladys Cobb in 1950 in Randwick, New South Wales, Australia.3 Arthur died on 20 December 2005 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, aged 79 The Sydney Morning Herald Thursday, 22 December 2005 stated Greathead, Arthur Albert. Passed away peacefully on December 20, 2005. Loving father of Frank and Lisa, and Jill and David. Adored Grandad of Jenny, Laura, and Megan (deceased). Sadly missed by his sister Doris in London. Aged 79 years. Never forgotten. Arthur's friends and relatives are invited to attend his funeral service to be held at Rookwood Crematorium East Chapel, Centenary Drive, Lidcombe, on Friday (December 23, 2005), commencing at 3.45 p.m. Simplicity City Funerals An Australian Company Newtown 9557 2777 A.F.D.A. Member.4 Arthur was buried in Springwood Cemetery, Springwood, New South Wales, Australia, the stone reads: At rest in his beloved Blue Mountains.2

Parsons.2 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Doris was listed as living at 84 Manor Farm Road, Ealing, London, England Doris was a Metal Drilling Hand living with a married lady called Mary Turner.3 It is believed Doris worked for the War Ministry and used to help organise The Earls Court Cat Show.4 Doris died on 1 April 2006 in 54 Halford Road, Hammersmith, London, England, aged 85.5,6 The will of Doris was proved on 26 July 2006 in the Principal Register Office by David Hamilton Burnet of Pinhorn Burnet, 591 Fulham Road, London SW6 5UB.6

     Gertrude Amy Jones was born on 30 June 1884 in Somerton, Somerset, England.1,2 She married Archibald Channing Greethead, son of Francis Robert Edward Greethead and Rosina Marion Joll, in 1909 in Bristol, Somerset, England.3 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 151 Somerset Road, Knowle, Bristol, Somerset, England, she was listed as the wife of Archibald Channing Greethead.4 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Gertrude was listed as living at 6 Oakmount Avenue, New Forest, Hampshire, England with her husband Archibald. Archibald was the Manager and Secretary of a Fertilizer Factory. Both he and Gertrude were car drivers and first aiders.2 Gertrude died in 1949 in New Forest, Hampshire, England.5
