Christopher Greathead
     Christopher Greathead was born on 6 April 1941 in British Guiana.2 He was the son of Nigel Walter Greathead and Irma Marie Olton.1 Nigel and Irma moved with their children from British Guiana to England They lived just outside of Newmarket for many years and in the late 1970's moved to Westcliff on sea.
Angelique went to California on a visit in 1973 and stayed for 18 months before retuning to England. She then moved to California in 1976, Kathy moved to California about two years later. Nigel died in 1981, so Irma moved to California as did Christopher.2 Irma travelled with her children Christopher, Kathy and Angelique on board the ship Queen Elizabeth arriving in Southampton from New York on 3 February 1958. Their address in the UK was 133 The Vale London NW11. Irma was describe as a housewife.3 Chris did not marry and lived in California USA.1 Christopher died on 15 January 2010 in 5850 Gilmore Avenue, Cotati, California, USA, aged 68.2

Kathy L Douglas née Greathead
     Kathy L Greathead was born on 19 October 1946 in British Guiana.2 She was the daughter of Nigel Walter Greathead and Irma Marie Olton.1 Nigel and Irma moved with their children from British Guiana to England They lived just outside of Newmarket for many years and in the late 1970's moved to Westcliff on sea.

     Laura Ellwood was born in 1875 in Dafton, Westmoreland, England.1,2 She was the daughter of Ann Ellwood. She appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 in the household of William Sill and Ann Sill in Dufton, Westmoreland, England.3 She married Edward Hewitson, son of Joseph Hewitson and Emma Relph, in 1897 in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, England.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Theatre, Rolfe Street, Smethwick, Staffordshire, England, she was listed as the wife of Edward Hewitson.5

In the census of 2 April 1871 in St Ann's Hospital, Appleby, Westmoreland, England, she was listed as the grandaughter of Ann Bell a widow aged 84 who is described as an almswoman from Dufton in Westmoreland and is registered as blind.1 She married William Sill, son of Robert Sill and Elizabeth ..., in 1878 in Westmoreland, England.2 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Dufton, Westmoreland, England, she was listed as the wife of an unknown person.3 Ann was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 5 April 1891 in 27 Church Street, Ormesby, Yorkshire, England, Ann is described as head and married I can find no trace of her husband William.4

     William Sill was born about 1832 in Cliburn, Westmoreland, England. He was the son of Robert Sill and Elizabeth ... In the census of 7 April 1861 in Cliburn Village, Cliburn, Westmoreland, England, he was listed as the son of Robert Sill William lived with his parents and was a scholar. His father was aproprietor of houses and a 100 acres of land.1 In the census of 2 April 1871 he was listed as the servant working on the farm for Christopher Allan who farmed 333 acres.2 He married Ann Ellwood in 1878 in Westmoreland, England.3 An unknown person was listed as the head of the family of on the census of 3 April 1881 in Dufton, Westmoreland, England, William was an agricultural labourer living with his wife, daughter and step daughter.4
