The ceremony was witnessed by Silas Cotterell and Elizabeth White. Thomas was a polisher.4,1,5 Thomas was listed as head of household in the census of 2 April 1911 in 6 James Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, Thomas was a brass polisher living with his wife, her parents and three boarders in a seven roomed home.6 On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Thomas was listed as living at 67 Barcheston Road, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, with his wife Eliza. Thomas was a public works contractors labourer livning with his wife and children.7
