     Margaret Henderson Laidler was born in 1934.¹ On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Margaret was listed as living at 376 New Row, Easington, Durham, England, Margaret was living with her parents and siblings.² She married Thomas George Greathead, son of George Greathead and Maude Darby, in 1954 in Durham, England.³ Margaret died in September 1984 in Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.⁴

     Ronald Albert Campion was born on 11 October 1926 in Rochford, Essex, England, his mothers maiden name was Baldwin.^2,3 He married Gwendoline Margaret West, daughter of William Walter West and Ellen Greathead, in 1956 in Romford, Essex, England, I am informed that this she was not divorced from Leonard. She was later sent to prison for bigamy.^1,4 It looks as if Ronald and Gwen may have married once her divorce came through in 1961 but Gwen is listed under the surname of Sedge. Most weird?⁵ He married Edna P Terry in 1974 in Barnet, London, England.⁶ Ronald died in February 2007 in Horsham, Sussex, England, aged 80.⁷

     Maude Darby was born on 18 March 1902 in Deaf Hill, Durham, England.^1,2 She was the daughter of Robert Darby and Mary Ann Aunger. In the census of 2 April 1911 in 40 Lord Street, Trimdon, Durham, England, she was listed as the boarder of Thomas Johns.³ She married George Greathead, son of Thomas Greathead and Eliza Alton, on 28 December 1929 in St Paul's, Drag Hill, Langdale, Durham, England, Witnessed by Margaret Greathead and James Ringer. Maude lived at Trimden Foundry.⁴ On 29 September 1939 in the National Register Maude was listed as living at 16 Beech Grove, Easington, Durham, England, with her husband George. And his brother William and a gentleman called Richard Turnbull. George was a coal mine filler working below ground.⁵ Maude died in 1989 in Durham, England.⁶

She married Thomason Greathead, son of William Henry Greathead and Isabella Atkinson, on 10 June 1917 in McDowell County, West Virginia, USA, after a licence was taken out on 7 June 1917. With their sons David, John and William. Percy was an Admiralty Shell Examiner. Martha Addleshaw was living with them, this may be Bessie's mother.¹ Her husband Percy died on 1972 in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England.³ Besie died on 11 February 1983 in West View, Mattersey, Nottinghamshire, England, aged 90.^4,5 The will of Besie was proved on 31 March 1983 in Leeds. Her effects were described as not exceeding £25,000.⁶
