     George Wyatt was baptised on 22 July 1804 in Chidham, Sussex, England.1 He was the son of George Duke Wyatt and Elizabeth Eager. George bequeaths in his will in 1835 his farming stock and implements of husbandry and all the rest of his personal estate (subject to the payment of the said legacies and his debts and funeral and testamentary expenses) equally between his sons Henry, George, Edward and Allen. He leaves £1,000 each to his sons William and Owen. To his son Charles Eager Wyatt he left £2,000; to daughters. Elizabeth wife of John Wyatt, Emma Wyatt, Charlotte Ann Wyatt and Ellen Wyatt £1,000 each; these legacies to be paid at the age of 21, with interest at 5 per cent, for the support and maintenance of any who shall be under that age at the time of his death; the share of any dying without issue before the legacy becomes payable to be divided among the survivors.2 He received the probate of the estate of George Duke Wyatt on 25 July 1835.3 He married Mary Marshall Woods on 10 December 1838 in Chidham, Sussex, England, after the banns had been read. George was a farmer like his deceased father George Duke Wyatt. Mary's father 'Farmer' Woods was listed as a farmer.4

It was suggested that Charles and Maud had three children two of whom had died . I could not find the third child.7 She died in 1920 in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, England.8

     Mark Poulton was born circa 1859. He married Jane Annie Sheppard Werrell, daughter of James Sheppard and Emma Werrell, on 4 September 1882 in All Saints with Rodbourne, Corston, Wiltshire, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by Robert Boulton and Emily Smith. Mark was a labourer like his father William Poulton. Jane, now known as Annie Jane Werrell Sheppard was a servant. Her father James Sheppard was a baker.1 He was listed as head of household in the 1891 census in Corston, Wiltshire, England.
