Richard wrote and signed his will on 24 September 1825 witnessed by his daughter Elizabeth , M Sibthorpe, J Allen Sibthorpe and Henry Woods.4 He was buried on 20 October 1825 in St Nicholas, Alfold, Surrey, England.5
His estate was probated on 28 January 1826 in London before the Judge by the oath of his sons Richard Eager, William Eager and Edward Eager being Executors.4

George Duke Wyatt

George Duke Wyatt was baptised on 12 June 1774 in East Preston, Sussex, England, his parents were George and Ann Wyatt.1 He married Elizabeth Eager, daughter of Richard Eager and Elizabeth Boreman, on 30 May 1803 in St Mary and All Saints, Dunsfold, Surrey, England, after a licence had been issued. The ceremony was witnessed by Richard Eager and Ann Shoman.2,3 George bequeaths in his will in 1835 his farming stock and implements of husbandry and all the rest of his personal estate (subject to the payment of the said legacies and his debts and funeral and testamentary expenses) equally between his sons Henry, George, Edward and Allen. He leaves £1,000 each to his sons William and Owen. To his son Charles Eager Wyatt he left £2,000; to daughters. Elizabeth wife of John Wyatt, Emma Wyatt, Charlotte Ann Wyatt and Ellen Wyatt £1,000 each; these legacies to be paid at the age of 21, with interest at 5 per cent, for the support and maintenance of any who shall be under that age at the time of his death; the share of any dying without issue before the legacy becomes payable to be divided among the survivors.4 George wrote and signed his will on 19 May 1835 which was witnessd by William Martin, James Richardson and Arthur Mant.5 He died on 20 May 1835 in Sussex, England, at age 60.6 He was buried on 26 May 1835 in Chidham, Sussex, England.7 His estate was probated on 25 July 1835 at the PCC before the judge of Elizabeth Wyatt widow and Relict and George Wyatt and Edward Wyatt the sons the Executors.6
