     Eliza Woods was born circa 1842.2 She married Thomas Beadell, son of John Beadell and Mary Hamp, on 23 November 1857 in St James, Shere, Surrey, England, after the banns had been read. The ceremony was witnessed by William Henry Caston and Eliza Stll. Thomas was a shoemaker like his father John Eliza's father James Wood was a labourer.2,3 She died in 1860 in Guildford, Surrey, England.1,4 She was buried on 22 February 1860 in St James, Shere, Surrey, England.5
