T'ai Chi

Tuesday mornings weekly for 10 weeks

With James Langcake is skilled at teaching all levels in the same class

Lawnsmead Hall 

A sequence of slow movements (accompanied by warm up exercises) which are learned over time.  With practice one should retain fitness, strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and balance, therefore assisting in the prevention of falls.  It is found to be energizing and relaxing of body and mind 

  Improvers class 9:30 - 11:00 and a Newcomers class 11:15 - 12:45
