T'ai Chi

Tuesday mornings weekly for 10 weeks

 (£30 Cheque payable to U3A Wonersh)

With James Langcake skilled at teaching all levels in the same class

Lawnsmead Hall 

A sequence of slow movements (accompanied by warm up exercises) which are learned over time.  With practice one should retain fitness, strengthen limbs, improve flexibility and balance, therefore assisting in the prevention of falls.  It is found to be energizing and relaxing of body and mind 

  Intermediate class 9:15 - 10:45 and a Beginners class 11:00 - 12:30

Autumn Programme 2008 - September 16, 23 and 30, October 7, 14 and 21 (28 October half term) November 4, 11, 18 and 25

Spring Programme 2009: 13, 20 and 27 January, 3 and 10 February (half term 17 and 24 February), 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31 March
