There are two organisations in the group: Bookham Fine Foods,
which produces a range of award winning Italian style cheese and pasta
products, and Bookham Harrison Farms, a partnership with R. Harrison & Sons,
dairy farmers from Rudgwick, making top quality cheeses and other dairy
products. Rob will bring with him a selection of their output for tasting
and purchase. |

Nick left his IT company three years ago to pursue his real
ambition, developing his own vineyard and making his own wine. He has a 15
acre plot near Silent Pool, Albury, and hopes to start selling wine in three
years’ time. He will tell us what drives him and how he plans to reach his
goals |

Joanna started making chocolates at her home in Ewhurst five
years ago. Today the business is flourishing. Her passion from the beginning
has been, and remains, simply to produce delicious hand made chocolates of
the highest quality. She will bring samples from both her normal range and
her Christmas selection. |

Rex has three fish shops, one on Chelsea Green just off the
King’s Road, where there has been a fishmonger for around 100 years, one
within the Secretts farm shop in Milford and the third and newest on King
Post Parade in Burpham. His home is in Gomshall, so he clocks up a fair
mileage. He has a fascinating story to tell. |
