Barrie will talk about watercress farming at Kingfisher Watercress, Abinger Hammer

Emma Turner

Emma will talk about the history of Secretts of Milford, now in its centenary year, with emphasis on their range of specialist and unusual salad leaves and vegetables

James Halfhide and Margaret Barlow

James and Margaret will talk about Imbhams Farm Granary and their fresh grains and flours. There will be a demonstration of milling and some products to taste
Carola Brown Carola will talk about Ballards Brewery, Nyewood and heir varieties of beer
Neil Conisbee Neil is the owner of the long established family butchers in East Horsley, F Conisbee and Son, who specialise in locally sourced meat and are named in Rick Stein's 'Guide to the food heroes of Britain'
Irmgard Bland Irmgard is from Germany, has spent her working life in the hospitality industry and has lived in the UK for nearly 30 years.  She will set out a fresh perspective on Germany, using the country's culinary scene as the main thread of her talk
Nigel White Nigel is Secretary to the British Cheese Board at Surbiton
Tom Cornwell Tom, who is a Wonersh resident, owns Celebration Cakes in Cranleigh;  his family have been bakers in Cranleigh since 1940
