In the census of 5 April 1891 in 27 Cope Street, Barnsley, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the daughter of Charles Christopher Greathead.5 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 23 Taylor Row, Barnsley, Yorkshire, England, she was listed as the daughter of Hannah Harper Mary was a linen fashion maid.4 She married Alfred Holling, son of Andrew Holling and Emma Pickering, in 1906 in Barnsley, Yorkshire, England.1,6 Her husband Alfred died on 18 January 1950 in 161 Huddersfield Road, Wilthorpe, Barnsley, Yorkshire, England, from Bronchial Pneumonia.1,7 She died on 12 April 1957 in Fir Vale Infirmary, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, from Hypostatic pneumonia following an accidental fall at home.1,8

She married Cyril Stones, son of Joseph Edward Stones, on 17 October 1936 in Parish Church, Bramley, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England, Nellie lived at RADC Camp Bramley, nr Basingstoke, Hampshire. Cyril lived in Army barracks in Tidworth, Wiltshire and was a trooper. The marriage was witnessed by Violet Lloyd and Wilfred Clay.1,3 Nellie loved riding on her motorbike.1 She died in 1989 in Barnsley, Yorkshire, England.1

He married Nellie Holling, daughter of Alfred Holling and Mary Ann Greathead, on 17 October 1936 in Parish Church, Bramley, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England, Nellie lived at RADC Camp Bramley, nr Basingstoke, Hampshire. Cyril lived in Army barracks in Tidworth, Wiltshire and was a trooper. The marriage was witnessed by Violet Lloyd and Wilfred Clay.1,2 He died on 11 April 1971 in 69 Queens Avenue, Barnsley, Yorkshire, England, aged 61 Coronary heart condition - Cyril was a Senior Clerk in County Court.1
