Greathead Crag

Maps:
Outdoor Leisure 6 - The English Lakes South Western Area
Outdoor Leisure 7 - The English Lakes South Eastern Area

Grid Ref: 337073

Greathead Crag is 300metres/1100feet high and can be found close to Grasmere in the Lake District.  Navigating north-west from Grasmere to Easedale Tarn, turn to the left and below is Greathead Crag.  I once made it up there but did not have my camera at the time.  It was before digital photography

Hikers make it to Easedale Tarn

Claire Jeffreys did go up with her camera and sent me this picture of Greathead Crag, she says it is the most central cragy bit, not the tallest
