George Greathead Chart 3
Robert married Esther Robson in 1802 in Easby, Yorkshire
I am guessing that his father was George of the Smelt Mill near Easby in the County of York a Yeoman. My guess is based on the will of George Greathead written 16 November 1817 and proved 29 April 1820. I believe his wife was Elizabeth L'Anson and they married on 23 August 1763 George mentions his children George, Robert, Christopher and Elizabeth Stott wife of James. I am also guessing that George his brother may be the George who married Jane Bellerby in 1806
Anyone any ideas please?
